Unfortunately for the eager PC community, Battlefield 3 was not announced at E3 2010. However, there's no reason for lost hope. With MoH using some of the DICE staff, BF3 is probably just stalled for now, but we should see a formal Battlefield 3 announcement soon after.

| i think DICE aims for bf3 annaouncment after BC2 vietnam release, bf2 was annaounced after Battlefield Vietnam, so perhaps we shall hear something about BF3 after BC2 vietnam release. i bet my neck on this. Anyone know how much time passed between the BFV release and the bf2 annaoucnment? i know that they annaounced it before the 2004 e3.

I think BF:V was March 2004 and then E3 was that June or something, but excuse me if I'm wrong, it was six years ago (holly crap  !) Wait, if BF2 came out in June, 2005 that makes the game five years old this month!!

| I was not surprise that their was nothing at E3 ,becouse EA/DICE have to much coming out I:e BFBC2 VIETNAM, and MOH.But i have just got hold of MOH on the beta , and holy crap that is pants. Dice have not but much time in to that at all , it,s not even running on the frostbit engine ,also the game play is awful. It look like EA have told them to rush this game out, so i hope they are spending more time on BF3.Just have to wait and see.

yup correct that means its 200% BF3 will be in the next E3 2011 june, 1 more year lol at least wer sure now, woohooo

Can't wait for that. Gonna have to put this site in a trust fund for the grand kids, so they at least get a little something. (I don't actually have kids or grand kids btw.)

at least we still have bf2
i still enjoy it daily, even its allready 5 years old
and even bf3 will coming out, that doesnt mean that the game will be good or better than bf2.
it will not be the first time that the wasting a game by changing the formula to much.
realy good games you can count on two hands like bf2

| i talked to a dice rep at comicon this past weekend and asked him about BF3. he vaguely said, "nothing has been announced" (duh) but then he remarked, "close your eyes and wait a week". Maybe an announcement is coming soon?
